Darylle Mak, Executive Producer and Showrunner on the production, is an entrepreneur and creative, who transitioned into film as a freelance writer after 20 years producing, directing, and performing in New York theatres and others across the USA and Europe. Her filmed entertainment capital raises of over $25m enabled her to develop her scripts and books into international co-productions. Darylle led the charge in China and Iceland to develop film content and distribution relationships before Hollywood jumped on board. In 2008 he was the recipient of the SBA Phoenix Award for Small Business Disaster Recovery after his manufacturing business was hit by a devastating flood.
